Hi, I'm Candi.
Candi Clouds is a small business, a sweet confection of Candace Wiggins — affectionately called "Candi" in her younger years, about the time she found her interest in spinning cotton candy.
Now, no longer an unfledged youth, Candi is the mom to a freshman in high school and has served in the Health Care industry for over 15 years. The cart is her Saturday love letter to the Hudson Valley: showing up, spinning, and celebrating all of life's sweet moments alongside you.
We are Food Vendor Permitted by the Orange County NY Department of Health for public events, and we cater private parties across the valley with packages built for any size guest list.

Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends book up fast, especially May through October. Four to six weeks out is a safe window, but reach out anytime — we'll tell you honestly if the date is open.
What do you need on site?
A level 6 x 6 ft spot and access to a standard power outlet. Indoors, outdoors, tented, or barn — the cart is happy anywhere it fits.
Where do you travel?
Based in the Hudson Valley with Orange County NY as our home base. We travel throughout the region — ask about your town and we'll quote travel if needed.
Can the cart match my party colors?
Yes. We offer add-ons for balloon or flower arches, personalized message boards, and custom decor. Tell us your palette and we'll spin to match.
